Hi,
Hope someone can help.
# I did a repair installation of XP. I reinstalled SP 2. Then dowloaded security updates and installed them. Belarc Advisor lists several other hotfixes that shoudt be reinstalled. Is there a way of reinstalling these hotfixes without downloading them again from the Microsoft website?

Another small point. I only use Firefox browser. Is it still necessary to have all the security updates for Internet Explorer?

Thanks,
John

I'd still download the IE security updates, as many other windows components use Internet Explorer. I'm not aware of any other way to install hotfixes other than from the Microsoft site.

Thanks for your reply.
Does that mean that you have to track them down number by number and then download?

I think they should all be available from Windows Update if they apply to your PC's configuration - I could be wrong though.
