XP repair installation issue

Hi, All,

I have a Dell XPS 600. For some reason, I have to do repair installation by
using XP setup CD. But I have a problem, the repair installation processing
always stuck, it stop at "Installing Devices...", I have to press power
button to shutdown the computer, when I reboot it again, the computer start
at the installing processing, but always stop at "Installing Devices...," I
just connected monitor, mouse and keyboard to it. I have tried two times, I
couldnot complete the repair installation processing.

Could anybody help me out the problem? Thanks in advance,

I forgot tell you that I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition.
