XP Reinstall Question

I have a computer with XP home. The mother board fried, so I'm replacing the
board and cpu, network card, video card, etc. I'm probably going to have to
do a complete clean reinstall of XP. Is this going to trigger bells and
alarms when I try to activate it? Will MS think I'm pirating it and putting
it on another box? What happens in cases like this? I have a retail upgrade
copy of XP, and I have the original Win98 that qualifies for the upgrade
pricing.

If activation was done more than 120 days ago, it will go thru as normal
over the internet. If it is less than 120 days, you will be prompted to call
ms and tell then you have a new computer your installing xp on and they will
activate you. A retail xp version can be transfered and reinstalled to new
computers/hardware an unlimited amount of times.
