XP Proffessional Java

This may be an ignorant questions but I am not very PC
literate.

I have recently installed Windows XP Professional. The
Internet Exlproer with this operating system does not
allow me to view certain web pages because it is
not "java enabled" can anyone please help me fix this?

MS no longer supports Java.

You have to download it.
