Xp professional

i am doing an it project ant i was wondering if, as i do
not have it, and will not get it, but i need to know if it
includes access in the package as the person i am doing it
for has XP professional, but wil not know if it has access
on it...

if not is there a way of buying access 2000 and word 2000
but not any of the other packages, as i would not need
them, or would i ahev to buy the professional edition of
office?

Access will not be on it. It can be bought seperately
though. I do not know how much it will cost though.
Sorry. But i know that access will not be on your xp pro.

Microsoft Access is bundled with Office XP Professional, but
naturally, is not part of Windows XP Professional.

No, it does not. No version of Windows has ever included Access
or any other significant application software.

Microsoft Office components can be bought either separately or as
part of the Office package. Usually the package is a better buy
if you want more than one, but you should check the prices. By
the way, Office XP is the current version (and Office 2003 is
coming out next week), so if you can find a copy of Office 2000
for sale, it should be available at a good price.
