How do I get rid of the administrator start screen? I want
to boot into win.

Just keep in mind doing this will start your computer so
anyone can use it.

Click on "Start" and then "Run".
Type in the Open Box: control userpasswords2
This opens a window called "User Accounts" with two
tabs, make sure the "Users" tab is selected.

Then clear the box "Users must enter a user name and
password to use this computer"

Click "Apply"

The "Automatically Log On" window opens.

Type in a password and click ok

This will setup a auto log on using the password you
entered.

Hi,

Click Start/Run and type 'control userpasswords2' (no
quotes)
Uncheck 'User must enter a user name and password to use
this computer'
option and click OK
Enter your user name and password to be used for logon
(if you do not
have a password set, leave the password boxes empty) and
click OK
