I have installed a trial copy of Win XP Pro and added some programmes on it as well. Does anybody know how I can convert this trial version to a full version without losing any of my files and data?
Buy the full version of Windows XP Pro.
The upgrade will only work if you have a qualifying product such as
Windows 95/98/ME etc.
Then perform an upgrade.
While at the Desktop, insert the CD and follow the prompts for an
upgrade.
Data should be safe, back-up important data just in case.
