XP Pro Taskbar

When I unlock the taskbar, I get the double arrow when I
cursor over the taskbar, but I am unable to drag the
divider, resize the taskbar or add programs to the
taskbar.

Hi Michael,

Am assuming you are talking about the Quick Launch. Are you also missing
the minimized programs on the Taskbar? If so, follow the instruction listed
