XP Pro Task Scheduler

Taks Scheduler is not installed on my computer. How do I
install it? Thanks in advance....
 
It comes as default, do you not see an icon in control panel called
Scheduled tasks ?
 
Also check that a service called "Task Scheduler" shows as started in the
services management screen, incase thats your problem.
