Can not run the scheduled task

I could not run my scheduled task if the path of the scheduled task
contains an opening bracket '('!
I try to run my scheduled task on Windows 2000, XP and also on Windows XP
64-bit - the result is the same - task does not run. Could you help me,
please?For example, the problem occurs if I create the scheduled task:
"c:\folder()\task.bat" Ivars

Hello,

Try enclosing the path between backslash "\" and quotes.
example
\"c:\folder()\task.bat"\

If I try enclose the path between backslash and quotes, the run path
\"c:\folder()\task.bat"\
is replaced with:
C:\c:\folder()\task.bat\
when I press OK or Apply in the scheduled task dialog box.

I also tried enclose the path in quotes.
In this case quotes disappears when I press OK or Apply.

What is interesting - if folder name contains space, I can run the scheduled
task, if path is enclosed in quotes.
Scheduled task for "c:\folder ()\task.bat" works.

But all my attempts to run task for c:\folder()\task.bat where
unsuccessfull.
