XP Pro suddenly stopped internet connection

Hello to all of you,

I have an issue with a workstation XP Pro with latest updates suddenly
in middle of use it stopped the internet connection and the user
claims that she didn't do nothing [at least what she says] but the
internal network works fine, it is on a DHCP and I released it and
renewed tried some obvious things but I couldn't get it to work {I
even rebooted the Firewall..}, can any please help identify this
problem?

I don't know exactly what detailed information I can bring up here to
give a better picture of the situation so please if anything might
help to understand this issue please drop me a line…
