xp pro question on hard drive

I have a hard drive I don't use much. how do I get it shutdown when not in
use. I forget where I specify shutdown down a drive after a period of
inactivity.. could not find it power option, nor devmgmt.msc

It's supposed to be in power options
 
ah ha,

I have to change scheme to get it
but not a specific drive darn it. I remember way back I did set specific
drive to spin down when not in use.
