XP Pro Policy

I have a 4 node, peer to peer network running XP Pro. I
used gpedit.msc to make a policy for all users. The
problem is that this policy also applied itself to the
Administrators group. How can I make a policy for the
users group and a different policy for the Administrators
group. I want to lock the system down for the user group
and let things be wide open for the administrators group.

Unless you are in a domain, this isn't possible, that I'm aware of. Within
an Active Directory domain you would create an container in Active Directory
Users and Computers and assign objects, such as specific uers, to the
container. You could then apply Group Policy Objects to that container,
affecting any user within it.
