XP Pro on a New Drive

Some feedback please...

Can I ghost a drive and then ghost the image of the drive to a larger drive
and still have XP Pro run OK. I do NOT want to have to reload everything
moving from a 40 Gb drive to a 120 Gb drive. I just want to image the
larger drive, hook it up, and turn the computer on, boot-up, and begin
working. There will be no other changes made to the system.

Will this work?
