XP PRO LOGON ERROR

Small three workstation network, behind a linksys router in a office building with t1. Today one of the workstations was running slow, rebooted and now pc shows error message "Unable to log user on computer, domain(ex) not available. Before pc never needed a password and isn't on a domain and the proposed domain name is the pc name. Please help. XP PRO w/ SP1....
 
hello. try logging in as the local administrator. you can reset the necessary security options then.
