XP Pro Key not valid

I have several XP Pro OEM keys that are without a doubt valid. I built a new
machine, can't install XP from old SP1 disk, slipstreamed on 2 different
times SP2 and SP3. Both load fine. When key comes up always not valid. I
have 3 seperate OEM keys from a MS distributor tried them all. No question
that they are valid. Intel dual core intel mobo Dg31gl. Any help

You say you've verified that the OEM Product Keys are valid, but you've
neglected to tell us whether or not they'd already been used elsewhere
and are therefore permanently bound to those first computers on which
they had been used.

You've also neglected to tell us whether or not you're using an OEM or
retail installation CD. It sounds like you're doing the latter, because
you're getting exactly the results one would expect in such a case.

Product Keys are bound to the specific type and language of CD/license
(OEM, Volume, retail, or full) with which they are purchased. For
example, a WinXP Home OEM Product Key won't work for any retail version
of WinXP Home, or for any version of WinXP Pro, and vice versa. An OEM
Product Key will not work to install a retail product. An Italian
Product Key will not work with an English CD. Bottom line: Product Keys
and CD/license types cannot usually (it's been reported that the Product
Key for a full license will work with an Upgrade CD) be mixed & matched.

How can I run WGA if the system will not recognize a valid key and therefore
can't boot XP?

If u don't know the answer to the question why post anything unless you like
to see yourself in print. Take what I have stated literially and respone to
that instead of adding an inane opinion. ( 1st time I ever sent a flammer)
