XP pro install on multiple computers

i bought the XP pro NON-UPGRADE version. I installed it a couple of years ago on a comp, and now i want to install it on my new comp that i built that has 2000 on it. can i do this?

Yes, as long as you remove it from the first computer.
As with a all consumer operating systems, Windows XP is licensed for
only one computer.

Assuming a retail license (OEM licenses are not transferable),
simply remove WinXP from the computer it is currently on, and install
it onto the new one. If it's been more than 120 days since you last
activated that specific Product Key, you'll most likely be able to
activate via the Internet without problem. If it's been less, you
might have to make a 5 minute phone call.
