XP PRO help please

I recently built a new machine, and loaded xp pro. For the past month now I
noticed the AUTO SECURITY UPDATE icon . everytime I turn my cmputer on it
prompts me for the same SECURITY UPDATE(KB835732). No matter how times I
install, it always appears. Even after I install it, the little UPDATE icon
appears. I have downloaded SPY BOT and ADAWARE, purchased mcafee's 2006 anti
virii software. And nothing removes it. Can someone help me please??? If you
can think of anything please emailme at (e-mail address removed) or

Might want to post this in m.p.windowsupdate to see if anyone else has
experienced this issue....

Sorry, no e-mail replies....ask in the group, read the answer in the group.
And note that posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in
your news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other
viruses sent to you....see http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help
in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.
