XP PRO DROPPED CONNECTION

my home network connection keeps gettin dropped for some reason and another network pops up in my available networks section is there any way to limit it so that it only can connect to my hom enetwork

make sure of this:

1. your access point is broadcasting its SSID
2. Your network is the only network listed in your preferred networks
3. You have unchecked "Automatically connect to non-preferred networks
setting"
