XP Pro client not hooking to NT domain

Hi!
I have a Dell P4 that was working fine on our NT4 domain.
Now, when trying to log on, it gives the following message:

The domain name xyz_abc might be a NetBIOS domain name.
If this is the case, verify that the domain name is
properly registered with WINS.

If you are certain that the name is not a NetBIOS domain
name, then the following information can help you
troubleshoot your DNS configuration.

An error occurred when DNS was queried for the service
location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain
controller for domain xyz_abc.

The error was: "No DNS servers configured for local
system." (error code 0x0000267c DNS_ERROR_DNS_SERVERS)

The query was for teh SRV record for
_ldap._tcp.dc__msdcs.xyz_abc

Where ever "xyz_abc" appears, that is my domain name. I
have several other WinXP Pro clients attached to the
domain, and have not encountered this issue before. I
copied all the network address settings from one and made
sure the Dell matched, but that did not help.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

You appear to not be finding the DNS server. What do you see if you go to
the command line and enter ipconfig /all?
