XP Pro certification?

I am starting to learn a lot about XP Pro and want to know whether it's
worth studying for the certification test?
I've been reading this newsgroup and reading the MS web sites.Is there a
lot to passing the test?
What sites specialize in job hunting in the IT field?

XP certification will help you on your way to becoming an MCP/MCSA/MCSE
which can help you find a job in the market. Realize that most companies
are looking for some sort of real world experience and not what is called a
"paper MCSE" (just studying enough to pass the tests with no real world
knowledge).

There are a lot of job sites out there that will list tech jobs so that you
can get a feel for what is needed to apply, the following two are pretty
good:
