Hi to all,
I use XP Pro o/s, for the last 2 months when I boot up, fairly regulary
booting up stops with a error message as below,

ISSAS EXE. ERROR,
An i/o operation initiatedby the registry failed unrecoverably the registry
could not read in or write out, or flush one of the files that cotain the
sytems image of the registry.

Could you anyone explain how to get rid of this start up message ,could it
be a worm virus?????

If you're sure about the spelling it's associated with a worm.
