My Backup Utility has stopped working. I can get as far as setting up the
backup (like I have hundreds of times), but then it stops due to an "error".
Here is the report:
"Backup Status
Operation: Backup
Active backup destination: File
Media name: "test created 3/28/2007 at 5:52 PM"
Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:800423f4
Aborting Backup."
I did load a program that has backup ablity (Roxio Suite 9). I tried this
and Roxio bombs out with multiple error codes.
Anyone know how to re-install the XP backup utility? I do not have an XP CD,
but a restore partition.
