xp pro autoloading nvidia drivers

Unable to install new updated drivers for my geforce3 card. When I do load
them it crashes system and reinstalls 29.58. How can I remove 29.58 and
reinstall the new drivers with out the conflict. Have already done the
add/remove program several times, driver cleaner 3, NFR (nasty file remover)
and safe mode and nothing is working. I want to delete the .cab file that
xp keeps autoloading the driver with.

Since you weren't able to accomplish it Safe Mode, I'd suggest you contact
nVidia and see if they have a solution.
