XP Pro Admin Password

Hi,
I forgot my Admin password. I cannot get in to system
with Admin rights. Is there anyway that I can reset it.
I tried different methods but no luck. It will be a great
help if some one advises me on this matter.

Make a floppy from this, boot from it, and re-set the admin password:
