What are some things to look for. I am going to downgrade to XP Pro 32
because I cannot find drivers for all of my printers...will wait for VISTA 64.

A downgrade will not be possible. You will have to back up all of
your data (The Files and Settings Transfer Wizard may useful for this)
then reformat the hard drive and install XP Pro 32 bit clean on the
empty hard drive. Then reinstall your applications and restore your
data from backups.

Good luck

Things to look for?
In what?

You are about to wipe your system drive out of all information and install
Windows XP Professional x32 (replacing the Windows XP Professional x64.) I
guess "some things to look for" would be making sure you have backed up
everything. Your data you want to keep, installation media and product
keys, email and contacts, photos and other graphics, documents and
spreadsheets, bookmarks/favorites, etc...
