while looking on the microsoft site i found these, some of them are pretty useless to me but one of them i think is great

i use alt-tab to flick through all the different internet windows i have open when using IE6 and i don't always know which one im looking for, but there is a nifty little update that means when you use alt-tab you now get a preview of the window
