XP pop ups

i loaded windows Xp and now have a pop up sign that asks
if it should continue to block the following....
The program is called MSlti32, and the publisher is
UNKNOWN. Can anyone please tell me what this is as i cant
find any reference to it anywhere. This come when i
downloaded the SP2 pack. Thanks Ross
