My XP wont't boot. The log says that the system can't read following
Fips
Intelppm
I can restart and then I choose safe mode w/
networking (boot normally or last good config do not work).
My PC is new, only 1 month

Are you saying that Safe Mode works, or are you saying
that Safe Mode does not work?

Since it's a new system you might want to contact the tech support for
the vendor.
