processor with Hyper-Threading?

No.
Windows XP (all released, non-beta version I know of) supports
HyperThreading.
Windows XP Professional (And SuperSets) support multiple processors.

The real question would be if any of the applications you are running on top
of Windows XP will utilize the hyperthreading (which it likely treats as
multiple processors) or not?
