XP office (Word)

The user missinformed me. The questions goes for XP.I have
a user that when she goes into word, open files,
the files do not come up alphabetical order.

Right-click in an empty area of the folder and choose Arrange Icons by Name.
If she's using Details view, she can just click on the Name column heading.
