XP OEM on new hard drive

I need to buy a new hard drive but my Windows XP is an OEM
version and I did not get a instalation disk. How can I
move the copy on my old hard drive to the new one.
 
OEM version as in "It came preinstalled on the computer?"
Did you get recovery disks?
If you didn't get anything, contact the system builder.
