XP, OE 6, ntuser.dat

I have XP Pro and OE 6. I was trying to change the store
folder on the email accounts so all the mail goes to the
same folder. Now I get the ntuser.dat error message on
the Admin account when I try to open OE, then it runs
normally. (Cannot delete ntuser.dat. It's in use.)
OE would not let me change the store folder on either the
admin account or the limited account.
Any advice??
