XP not respone

My operation system is Windows XP professional(SP2).
I can open all item in wondows.
Computer do not respone when i closed every opening item.
But mouse can move, and task manager can open.
I have only one resolve way to close explorer.exe process in task manager,
and create new explorer process in task manager.
Please help me.

Try running the system file checker to repair any corrupt system files.

Start>Run, type "cmd" + Enter

In the command window, type "sfc /scannow" + Enter and have your XP Pro SP2
cd on hand. SFC may ask for it.
