XP Networking Problems

I have a Windows XP machine attached to a DSL router that provides it DHCP.
The machine picks up an IP address, but it can't ping the gateway
(192.168.0.1). Two other machines attached to the same router can ping the
gateway. The problem machine cannot ping the other two machines either.
I've tried re-installing Windows XP over top itself. The issue still
exists. Any ideas?

I'd start by updating the drivers for the network card on the problem PC.
