XP networking problem

Currently I have 2 computers setup on a router. One is
an XP and the other is Win98se The Win98se can see and
access the XP, but the XP can not see the Win98se. I can
ping the Win98se machine that works. No firewalls are
running and the guest account is enabled. I can search
and find it or map an network drive. Any good suggestions?
