I have 2 networked XP PC's.
Lets say PC1 & PC2.

The question is:

"Is it possible to create a boot-disk that will allow me to access PC1 from
PC2?"

PC2 has a boot disk that already does this - it's the drive that the system
currently boots with. I'm going to suggest that you post more info so that
anyone reading will gain a better understandong of your question.
