XP My Picture Question

I am using windows XP. Just recently I noticed some of my files in My
pictures folder are the color Black and some are Blue in color. Can someone
please tell me why??

Thanks Will. Was hoping it was just that. I have been having trouble with my
picture files freezing and really slow response. I have run Scan disk and
tried Defraging. The my picture files alway seem to be in the list of
unabled to defrag
