XP Media Center 2005 for Web application development?

Since I'm not sure if Windows XP Media Center2005 is XP Home or XP Pro, do
you guys know if this OS supports local Web application development?

I've been searching to see if Windows XP Media Center2005 is XP Home or Pro.
Do you know which one it is?

I read that Bill Gates allegedly announced at CES that MCE is going to be
bundled with Vista Premium and Vista Enterprise. Development opportunities
are scaling up and out.

MCE is XP pro
yes you can use it as a general purpose ( including web ) dev machine.
I am running vs.net 2003 & 2005 under MCE2005 on a quosmio
