developing for MCE in .NET?

Hi group,

I want to develop a custom application for Media Center 2005. Bad news is I
don't have a clue where to start...

I've googled, but I can't seem to find good resources on the net. Because of
5 years .NET experience (C#, both web & win), this would be my preferred
environment. Can someone point me out where to start?
