XP Machine Shuts Down everyday at the sametime

I have 5 XP machines on a 2003 SBS, and I am new to all this. One machine
will shut down at the same time everyday. Why is this happening? Can anyone
help?

Check Sceduled Tasks on that machine.

Start | Run | Type: control schedtasks | Click OK

Nothing in there except Symantec and Norton.

I checked the Event Log and there was this around the time the PC shuts down:

The Security System detected an attempted downgrade attack for server
exchangeRFR/OSMSERVER. The failure code from authentication protocol
Kerberos was "There are currently no logon servers available to service the
logon request.
(0xc000005e)"

Means nothing to me without the Event ID & the Event Source.

To open the Event Viewer...
Start | Run | Type: eventvwr | Click OK

For any Events that seem related to the problem...

Double click the event in Event Viewer | Click: the button below the second
arrow (looks like two pages) [[Copies the details of the event to the
Clipboard.]] | Paste into Notepad | Also click on:

You need to have the Event ID & the Event Source.

To view Windows XP Events and Errors, type the Source (for example, Print)
and/or the Event code (for example, 20) into the ID field, then click the Go
button. Source and Event codes may be found in the Event Viewer logs.
