Can XP logon style (theme) be used under w2k3?

No. Windows Server 2003 does not have a Welcome Screen
nor Fast User Switching.

If you mean the Windows XP themes such as Silver, Blue and Olive to replace
the Classic theme used by Windows Server 2003 - then yes - just enable the
Themes Service.

If you mean the Welcome Screen then no.
