XP Login turns into loops

When I try to login to windows xp pro, with any user, it
logs in and seconds (if seconds) later it immediately
comes up with the log-off screen... I cant even log into
safe mode. Is there any way to fix this, either by
creating a new user in recovery console... or some other
way?

I don't have a solution for you, I'm sorry, but I'm

having the same problem after installing a McAfee
product. If anyone gets back to you with a fix, please
let me know and I'll do the same vice versa.
