I cannot log into Windows XP at all!!!

First Error Message stated that '...my license could not
be verified'.
Then I reinstalled the program... still would not let me
log on... error message ...'could not getIUMs.
Tried installing a third time. STILL will not let me log
on. Error Message "Limited Virtual Memory" 'your system
has no paging file, or the paging file is to small.'

Each time a solution has been provided that starts
with "CLICK on Control Panel"

BUT I CAN'T LOG ON!!!

Microsoft Support requires my Product ID. Well guess what
You need to be able to log on to get it!?!?!

If anyone has a solution, please respond

Thanks in advance.

I am having the same problem and my copy of Windows XP is
legitimate. I have reloaded Windows XP with the recovery
disk and it still doesn't work right.
How can the memory be freed up without being able to get
in?
One suggestion I was given was to format the drive and
start over from scratch and load everything back in which
I am hoping there is another solution.

yes, it is legitimate. Now I wonder how legitimate
Microsoft's product is. This is the original program with
a new computer purchase.

ditto Sonny, I have to much valuable data. I can
however, access the drives throught dos (painstaking, but
I think i can get to all of my critcal data files). At
any rate, I have very little faith in Microsoft at this
point.

If I get any responses with a solution I will try to get
it to you as well. Tech TV recent provided direction on
how to create a boot CD, unfortunately I was going to try
it this weekend.

Thanks

Easy to find out. Open Windows Explorer, and in the Help menu select "Is
this copy of Windows legal/"
