XP keeps restarting after installing Elby CloneCD?Help

Hello,as the title suggests, XP has decided to reboot
repeatably ever since I installed CloneCD v.4.0 from Elby.

My machine boots up until the desktop is showing and
startup programs are still initializing.

Any assistance here guys would be great!
