XP keeps rebooting with the following error

Hi All,

Can anyone help?

Everyday my box keeps rebooting itself and I am getting
the following:

The system has recovered from a serious error:
BCCCode: 7F BCP1:0000000D
I then check the error file and it states the following

Event Id: 1003
Error code 0000007f, parameter1 0000000d, parameter2
00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

I have checked everywhere for an answer to this and have
also asked MS themselves but nobody seems to know
anything about this?

Please help Its driving me crazy.
