XP Isnt Starting

Whenever I try to start up my computer it gets stuck on the windows xp logo
page with the blue loading bar below and wont load any further than that, Im
not sure if this anything but I recently changed my c: from fat32 to nfts,
please help me

Will it start in Safe Mode?

If so, try to start it normally with everything unplugged except
keyboard, mouse & screen

I'm having the same problem no matter what option I try to start with
Windows. Safe Mode, Windows with Command Prompt. Are there any other
suggestions?
