XP Isn't Loading

Okay I have my hard drive set up in 3 partitions. 1
Windows 98, and 2 Windows XP. Suddenly neither windows xp
partitions will load. They get to the windows xp loading
screen, there will be a resolution change and then the
computer automatically restarts.

I really need to some help fast.
