My machine is a relatively new motherboard running pentium 2.5 GHZ with 512
MB RAM.
Pulling up web pages is slower the it used - yes I've cleaned the cache,
temp files and history. By slow I mean it can take 5 - 8 seconds to pull up
a new page. This not always the case, though. In generasl the trend is
DEFINITELY slower.
I can open a browser on an OLD system with NT and it's faster at pulling up
web pages.
I have my server configued with whatever it need to run Visual Studio.Net
(IIS,...) although I never use it or any of those servers. Does that slow
things down?
I look in my task manager and see I have 5 svchost.exe running: 3 as
system, 1 as local service, 1 as network service.
Help?
