Keep in mind that you should only have one antivirus program
running in the background. The same goes if you install a
firewall program to obtain additional protection than that
offered through XP's firewall. Note: You should have more than
one antispyware program installed.

There are many free downloadable virus programs, and I strongly recommend
installing any of them!

Instead I recommend tat you download and install a free *anti*-virus
program. ;-)

I recommend the free Avast!, but there are other good choices.

You also need at least two Anti-spyware programs. I recommend Spybot search
and Destroy, Spyware Blaster, and Adaware.

Getting rid of Norton Internet Security is a good move. It's probably the
worst possible choice.
